When I get bored at school literally all I have is coming here and editing questions (hehe), but usually there aren't 3K+ rep users on the review queue when I'm on, and so I'm limited to I believe 45 edits to suggest at once. Why limit the amount of edits I can suggest?

When I get bored at school literally all I have is coming here and editing questions (hehe), but usually there aren't 3K+ rep users on the review queue when I'm on, and so I'm limited to I believe 4 edits to suggest at once. Why limit the amount of edits I can suggest?
