What is the correct thing to do when someone posts two different answers to the same question?

Here is my examplemy example, I am not trying to say "This user did this wrong!", we have only had a couple of comments discussion about it, I am just looking for opinions on this for future reference.

I see no reason, that one question can require two answers from the same user, how best to handle this?

Does it even matter? It is a bit untidy but not hurting anyone.

Thoughts?
