Overlooking the other answers. | |

I included another answers because mine is soo long and with many points, and all the other answers are really "hidden" at the end. So I don't mind to use the rest of answers to "profit". However I don't know if as Mateo says (in a rude way indeed) is unethical yet, even as a community wiki. | |
